Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to request a revision or a return from the date you received the final product.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the service delivered must not meet the specifications or quality standards agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Evaluation: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to understand the issue fully.
Resolution: Based on our evaluation, we will either:
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of Custom Patches, returns for these items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Revisions: If the delivered work is consistent with the initial order specifications but you request additional changes, these may incur additional charges.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.The Delivery Charges Cannot Be RefundAble.
